The administrator cannot log in the panel

Most probably the User e-mail is used as login setting was enabled on the Settings page in the administrator panel.

1. Use the e-mail address entered during CS-Cart installation as the e-mail required for logging in and the password that you used before.
2. If you are still unable to access the panel, submit a ticket on the Communication page in our Customer Help Desk and provide us with a temporary FTP access to your server.
