- Log in your administrator panel and click on the Shipping methods link in the SHIPPING/TAXES side box.
- Add a new shipping method or choose the existing one.
- Click on the Edit button of this shipping method. The Shipping method properties page will be open.
- On the details page of this shipping method choose the destination in the Show rate for destination box for which free shipping will be defined and click on its link.
- Enter 0.01 into More than $ input field in the Cost dependences section and enter 0 into the Rate value input field next to it.
- Click on the Update button to save the changes.
