Getting UPS Rates Access Key

  1. Open the following link:
    https://www.ups.com/e_comm_access/laServ?CURRENT_PAGE=INTRO&OPTION=ACCESS_LICENSE&loc=en_US
  2. Click on the Get XML Access Key link.
  3. The next page requires a developer's key. For getting it register by clicking on the Register link under the Developer's Key text input field.
