Initial Order ID
We no longer maintain the Knowledge Base since version 4.3.x. All the latest user and developer documentation for 4.3.x and newer versions is now available at docs.cs-cart.com.
To define the initial order ID:
- In the administration panel, go to Administration > Settings.
- Complete the Initial order ID value input field
NOTE: The initial order value can not be less than the last order number in the database. If you want to enter the value that is less than the last order number in the database, you should delete all orders in the database.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

To set up the initial order ID:
- Log in to your administration panel and click on the Settings link in the ADMINISTRATION side box on the right.
- Enter a value into the Initial order ID value input field on that page.
NOTE: The initial order value can not be less than the last order number in the database. If you want to enter the value, which is less than the last order number in the database you should delete all orders in the database.
- Click on the Update button at the bottom of the page.
