- Download Live Help client (it is software for Windows) on the File area page in our Customer Help Desk.
- Log in your administrator panel and click on the Addons link in the ADMINISTRATION side box on the right.
- Select the Live Help check box. The LIVE HELP side box will be displayed in your storefront and your customers will be able to start chatting with operator(s) (if they are online) or leave a message by clicking on the links in this side box.
- Launch Live Help client on your computer and set it up (enter the URL of your shop location there) in order to communicate with your customers.
NOTE: Test credentials to access Live Help: login is demo, password is demo.
- Create a new operator account on the Manage operators page (the link to this page is in the LIVE HELP side box on the right of your administrator panel).
- In order to make Live Help go online, operators should launch Live Help clients on their computers, log in and set them up (they need to enter the URL of the shop location there).
