A customer does not see prices for his user group

- In the administration panel, go to Users > Customers. Click on the username to open his profile and there open the User groups tab.
- Make sure that the necessary user group is set to the Active status.

- Log in to your administration panel and click on the Customers link in the USERS side box. Click on the username to open his profile.
- Make sure that the necessary membership is selected in the Signup for membership select box.
- Make sure that the Activate membership check box is selected.
- Click on the Update button.

Make sure that the customer belongs to the necessary user group. To do that:
- In the administration panel go to Customers > Customers.
- Click on the username of the customer to open the profile.
- Go to the User groups tab and make sure that the necessary user group has the Active status.
