Product export

To export product data:

1. Log in to your administrator panel and click on the Export link in the ADMINISTRATION side box on the right.
2. Open the Products tab.
3. Leave the desired fields in the Exported fields option and move the other ones to the Available fields box.
4. Specify the following settings:
   1. Language - select a language, which will be used for the CSV file.
   2. Category delimiter - select a category delimiter, which will be used in the CSV file.
   3. Images directory - enter the path to the directory where images will be located. This will be used if the image file is specified without a path in the CSV file.
   4. Files directory - enter the path to the directory where product files will be located. This will be used if the File field data is specified without a path in the CSV file.
   5. CSV delimiter - select CSV delimiter, which will be used in the CSV file.
   6. Output - select the kind of output.
   7. Filename - enter a new name of the file where data will be exported or leave the existing one in the input field of this option if Direct download is selected in the Output option.
5. If it is needed to export data of all products click on the Export button.
6. If it is needed to export only several orders:
7. Click on the Select >> link next to You can select the range for export (otherwise all products will be exported).
8. Select the check boxes of the desired products on the Manage products page.
9. Click on the Export selected button.
10. Click on the Export button on the Export page.
    

    NOTE: A product information should be exported to the file of the var/exim directory of your CS-Cart installation if you select Server in the Output option.
