If reward points are not added automatically

  1. Log in your administrator panel.
  2. Check whether automatic reward points addition was set up properly.
  3. Check whether the membership of a customer is activated on the page for which automatic reward points addition was set up on the Reward points page.
  4. Check whether an order of the customer has the Completed status.
    NOTE: The reward point will be added to the customer account only when his order has the Completed status.
