Setting up the 'RMA' addon

  1. Log in your administrator panel and click on the Addons link in the ADMINISTRATION side box on the right.
  2. Select the RMA check box.
  3. Click on the Update button.
  4. Open the RMA tab.
  5. Select the desired options and select their check boxes.
  6. Click on the Update button.
  7. Click on the Return requests link in the ORDERS side box.
  8. Click on the RMA reasons link and create the desired reason by which a customer will be able to return products using the Add new reasons form.
  9. Click on the RMA actions link and make available the desired actions in the Avail. column. Click on the Update button.
  10. Click on the RMA request statuses link, create and set up the desired request statuses. Click on the Update button.
  11. Click on the Order statuses link in the ORDERS side box.
  12. Select the Consider the products delivered & Allow return registration check box for order statuses for which to allow a return.
  13. Click on the Update button.
