- Log in your administrator panel and click on the Addons link in the ADMINISTRATION side box on the right.
- Select the RMA check box.
- Click on the Update button.
- Open the RMA tab.
- Select the desired options and select their check boxes.
- Click on the Update button.
- Click on the Return requests link in the ORDERS side box.
- Click on the RMA reasons link and create the desired reason by which a customer will be able to return products using the Add new reasons form.
- Click on the RMA actions link and make available the desired actions in the Avail. column. Click on the Update button.
- Click on the RMA request statuses link, create and set up the desired request statuses. Click on the Update button.
- Click on the Order statuses link in the ORDERS side box.
- Select the Consider the products delivered & Allow return registration check box for order statuses for which to allow a return.
- Click on the Update button.
