To allow a customer to write comments:
- Log in your administrator panel and click on the Addons link in the ADMINISTRATION side box on the right.
- Enable the Comments and reviews addon in the Main tab of the Addons page.
- Open the detailed page of the object (product, category) for which you wish to allow comments (for example the Update products page).
NOTE: You are able to allow to write comments for products, categories, orders, news, gift registry, topics, pages and testimonials.
- Choose the type of reviews in the Reviews: select box on the opened page.
To view and manage your product comments:
- Click on the Comments and reviews link in the CMS side box on the right of your administrator panel. Edit comments if necessary. Click on the Update button at the bottom to save the changes.
