Translating fields of the 'Contact us' form

To translate form fields on the 'Contact Us' page:

1. Log in your administrator panel and click on the Form builder link in the CMS side box on the right.
2. Click on the details link in the Contact Us form row.
3. Choose the desired language in the Select description language select box.
4. Translate the fields (replace a description with its translation).
5. Click on the Update button to save the changes.
