Getting the 'Authorization failure' error from USPS

If you get the 'Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server' error from USPS server:

This error means that your USPS user ID is not confirmed yet. You should call USPS to activate yourself on the production servers. It will not work until you do this. You need to call 800-344-7779.
